Marriage License

Marriage Applicants may complete this application, print it, and bring it in to the Clerk of Court Office to obtain a Marriage License. Do not sign the application until it is presented to the Clerk of Court. Both parties must be present to sign the application.

Montana Marriage Licences issued AFTER January 1st, 2010 can be certified to the parties only, at ANY County Clerk of District Court Office in the State of Montana.
