Powder River Manor is seeking a part time MDS Coordinator.  Applicant must be a current licensed registered nurse and salary is based on experience. Experience with MDS 3.0 and Point Click Care (EMR) preferred but not required and training will be provided.

Other job responsibilities include:
*Ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines as established by CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid)
*Coordinate completion of MDS (minimum data set) for each resident
*Conduct resident assessments and maintain individualized care plans.
