Powder River Manor Maintenance Position Opening

Powder River Manor Maintenance. Part-time position. Responsible for inspection, testing, and upkeep of life safety systems in a nursing home, including fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting, exits, and fire doors. Ensures compliance with state, CMS, and Life Safety Code requirements; documents inspections; coordinates repairs; and responds promptly to safety concerns. Maintenance experience is desirable. Must be able to utilize a computer for documentation of Life Safety materials. Must be self-motivated and be able to obtain Montana Low Pressure Boiler License. Starting wage $20.07 depending on experience. 12 hr shifts, including both day and night shift, weekends and holidays.
